Custom Case Studies
This library collects seven custom full-board practice packages in one structured CTA case study directory.
Custom Full-Board Package Format
Each case study is a site-created CTA rehearsal package. Use the landing page as the package map, open the scenario paper first, and return for the solution, presentation notes, and Q&A only after your own attempt.
All case studies sit in one flat catalog. Each case-study folder preserves the full CTA board workflow.
Package map
Landing Page
Use the overview page to see difficulty, industry, key complexity, and the order of the package before you start.
Attempt first
Scenario Paper
Read the prompt twice, build your own architecture, and stay out of the supporting material until your first pass is done.
Compare
Worked Solution
Review the reference architecture, assumptions, diagrams, and trade-offs against your own answer.
Rehearse
Presentation Notes
Practice the boardroom story, timing, and transitions once your architecture is stable.
Defend
Q&A Preparation
Finish with judge-style challenge questions so each case study ends in defense practice, not just answer comparison.

Board-Rehearsal Rhythm
Set aside the full CTA prep window before opening the worked solution. A practical rhythm: 180 minutes for design, then presentation rehearsal, then Q&A defense practice.
Practice Q&A is 45 minutes
Case study practice rounds use a 45-minute Q&A window — 5 minutes longer than the exam’s 40-minute base. The extra time builds deeper defense capacity. During the actual exam, unused presentation time also rolls over into Q&A.
